I’ve decided that after I finish off my promised reviews (which I’ve owed the blog and everyone a long time) as well as add in a few little extra review, this blog is just going to become a personal blog. Right now I’m not really sure what exactly will be on here, but…will most likely be of random photos I take and random scribbles I do with my tablet.

I’ll also be inviting a few good friends, who sadly now lives substantial distances away from me to blog here as well. Whether they accept or not is up to them. I suppose the more the merrier will be true since they’re really fun and one of them already does a little behind the scenes work already. 😉

Review To-Do List (Updated):

    • Sacred Seven
    • Uta no Prince-sama
    • Kami-sama no Memochuu
    • Ao no Exorcist
    • Tiger and Bunny
    • Guilty Crown (Once finished)
    • Fate/Zero (Once finished)
    • Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai (Once finished)

Merry Christmas!!

Unavoidable Change

It’s been a while guys! Deep apologies for my lack of activity, I suppose there’s no good excuses so I’m just going to say for personal reasons.

I will have even less time than the time I have at the moment, once next year starts so I’m going to have to sacrifice my anime watching. Therefore I won’t be doing anymore anime reviews. Maybe once in a while.

If you have any questions ask me here:

Vanishing act

So I pulled a very lengthy vanishing act on this blog. Life is becoming very very busy so I don’t have time to watch so much anime let alone review episode by episode. SO from now on I’ll be doing reviewing anime by series. I’m also working on another anime blog so the same review may come up in 2 places!

On my list of To-Review:

  • Sacred Seven
  • Uta no Prince-sama
  • Kami-sama no Memochuu
  • Ao no Exorcist (Series unfinished)
  • Tiger & Bunny
I won’t be updating very often but I hope you look forward to them 😉

Ao no Exorcist 7

Ao no Exorcist 7 – Flock of Plovers

The episode starts of with Shiemi, leaving for school. Her mother asks her whether she’s made any friends and Shiemi answers yes, even though she remembers that Rin said she wasn’t a friend when Bon asked him. So she resolves herself to make new friends. On the way to class she meets Izumo and Paku, who she hopes to be friends with, but Izumo says that she can be her friend as long as she helps her do things.

In class Yukio tells them that they’ll be submitting a form so that they can become an Exwire, which is the next level. Rin doesn’t know what the categories are so he goes and asks Bon’s group. Konekomaru explains to him what they are and their specialties (well Bon does that). We find out Koneko and Shima are aiming for Aria and Bon for Dragoon and Aria. It’s also mentioned that Yukio has both Dragoon and Doctor.

Later on they’re in summoning class or something and they’re given papers to test whether they have Tamer abilities or not. Turns out Izumo and Shiemi do but one has 2 kitsune (fox) and the other has a Greeman Spirit.

Training camp time, they go to Rin and Yukio’s dorm to cram their studies. One thing leads to another and a ghoul attacks Paku and Izumo in the girl’s changing rooms. Rin rushes to help but since he can’t draw his sword in front of people, he’s fighting a losing battle. Meanwhile Shiemi uses her summon, Nii-chan’s abilities to summon all kinds of plants, to give Paku first aid. All while Izumo is speechless.

Yukio comes just as Rin is about to draw his sword, so it was a close call. The ghoul runs and the guys all hurry to tend to Paku. As Rin’s leaving, he sees Izumo hiding behind the lockers crying and saying she doesn’t want people to see her like that. Rin gives her his shirt and walks off.

Later on we see that it was their summoning class’ teacher who sent the ghoul. We also get to see a funny scene of Rin trying to hid his tail, which is usually hidden by his shirt.

Ao no Exorcist 6

Episode 6 – “The Phantom Cook”

Woohoo~ Another episode into Ao no Exorcist and it’s still as awesome as ever. Now then back to the actual episode plot.

This was a cute episode generally about things to do with food. Lunch in particular. Basically, unknowing to both Rin and Yukio, there’s a familiar who works as their dorm cook by the name of Ukobach.

The episode starts off with Rin being late for school (well breakfast more like) and blaming Yukioi for it. It’s a quick scene but it’s kinda cute to see Rin’s actual akuma form once in a while. Before long, it’s lunchtime and Rin charges towards the “school shop” where there’s one last sandwich. Incidentally Suguru wants the same one, they have a quick fight but Rin quickly abandons the fight when he finds out the bald guy (no offence) is called Konekomaru. Meanwhile Yukio’s female classmates have made him obentos (lunchboxes) but he quickly makes an excuse and leaves.

Yukio accidentally drags them into the canteen where Rin immediately falls in love with all the varieties of food on offer there. However when he sees the price, he is in utter shock. Yukio explains to him that because it’s a school for rich kids, the food is more expensive. Together they go see the headmaster/their guardian, Mephisto. Mephisto simply claims that the food there have to be first-class so they can enjoy the delights of food. While he eats cup noodles (lol). He gives them 2000 yen to live on for a whole month angering Rin.

Yukio comes up with the idea for Rin to cook their food, since Rin is such an excellent cook. I’m actually quite surprised by that but hey, it’s an interesting trait. So just as Rin prepares the side dishes for their lunch tomorrow, he finds them missing in the morning and kick-tackles Yukio thinking it’s him. However they soon realise that they don’t actually know who cooks their breakfast everyday. They then hear some chopping noises and find Mephisto in the dorm kitchen, cooking their breakfast.

Mephisto explains the situation about Ukobach while making them eat their food. Rin gets brave and drinks the whole thing. Consequences occur.

Rin and Ukobach have a cooking battle leading them to become good friends as they both appreciated each other’s food.

Major time skip later, Yukio’s classmates/annoying fangirls trespass into the boy’s dorm to find Ukobach’s prepared side dishes, which they thought were Shiemi’s (who they thought was Yukio’s girlfriend). Anyhow they dispose of it which somehow makes Ukobach turn into a huge version of himself. Rin reasons with him, and we get a peak at a Chibi-Rin in the process.

In the end, this problem was solved by having Yukio eat all the lunchboxes the girls made. This makes him sick and forces him to stay home. In the end Rin is shown bring another lunchbox filled with meat for Yukio, who decides that he’s now scared of lunchboxes.

Now then let’s all look forward to next week’s episode! 8D
